The Campaign for 4-H

Campaign for 4-H Status, July 31, 2005, Campaign Goal: $15 million, Campaign Status $8.83 million

By supporting Michigan 4-H Youth Development, the Michigan 4-H Foundation helps young people:

EXPLORE new opportunities to grow, develop and succeed.

EXPERIENCE the fun and excitement of learning new skills.

ACHIEVE a greater understanding of themselves and the world around them.

This commitment is as relevant for the youth 4-H involves today, as it was for those involved in the early 1900s. We create and support environments that foster positive youth development.

4-H is committed to using the research of Michigan State University Extension and the human and financial resources of the communities we serve in ways that ensure the best methods are used to support the education, growth and development of Michigan's young people.

The Campaign for 4-H represents a major commitment by both Michigan 4-H Youth Development and the Michigan 4-H Foundation to continue program growth that helps youth be healthy, safe, smart and successful. With this foundation, young people become adults who contribute their talents and skills to the betterment of society.

Campaign Priorities:

Support Michigan 4-H!
